Cisa

Hi friends,am planning on doing CISA but i will want to know if it is only applicable in an audit firm coz am presenting serving in an audit firm but dont know if i will be retained after after my youth service .am a science student.so can CISA be applicable in other profession too. Pls am counting on your responses. Thanks

Yes; CISA's are also used in areas besides auditing.
CISA certified professionals are also sought after for computer security positions.
It is not uncommon to see ads seeking people with certifications such as CISSP and CISA. You can also apply a CISA for Risk Management positions.
With a CISA certification and lots of experience, you have a good chance of climbing the corporate ladder as a Project Manager or even as a Partner of a firm (i.e. Top Executive).

CISA is a solid certification - I'll say, "Go for it!"
Though it is audit-based, it is not audit-firm limited.
