Wale's eviction from the Ultimate search might not be political but what I do believe is that the eviction is unfair!!

NB Plc should be wary of what they project for public viewing.  If a single write-up in the dailies can lead to killing of innocent citizen which eventually lead to the cancellation of the miss-world contest in Nigeria, then, there is need to be cautious especially in a multi-cultural economy like Nigeria.

Guys in my block were so furious on the day Wale was evicted! Some were saying they will bomb the area, where it's being held.  It was that bad.

There are lots of ways that Wale could have been punished without eviction. Yea, he was warned along with the other contestants to keep the totem; how come he bear the blame alone, he did not appoint himself as the team leader and it is unfair for Wale to be the totem bearer without an assistance as was the case in initial GUS.

Wale would have been warned just like was done to Samuel in previous GUS.  Samuel was evicted finally when they were just 4 contestants left, still based on totem. (and it was believed that at that stage, any mistake will lead to eviction)  So what made Wale's case different, why can't he be warned, demoted or even asked to go without food as was done to Chuks.  How come the totem is so important and the responsibility of just one person! If the totem is that important, why not give each contestants a totem to keep and whosoever looses his own will be evicted? Last man standing (winner) has always been based on who found something, not who kept totem or whatever, so why use it to evict?.

What is the GUS out for, is it to kick out the least popular among the contestant?  if that is the aim, it should be well portrayed so contestant can pretend and not be themselves.  It was shown during the time of Vaugh when fellow contestant were asked to vote against him? When organisers very well know that Vaugh has an issue with the other contestants?  Is that a yardstick for measuring the ultimate man?

Me-think, they have discovered that the remaining tasks they have for contestants would not see Wale not being the ultimate man, hence his eviction for flimsy reason.

Personally, I have stopped watching the show, let millions that can take in unfairness a continue.

Yeah Right.
Really, I wasn't happy with the way he was eliminated, but let us remember that he offered to bear the totem and he was fully aware of the grave consequences if the totem gets missing.
Lesson: Dont be too forward, it could lead to your downfall,

Nonsense! Who's talking tribalism here? Wale's eviction was stupid, yes, but not TRIBALISTIC! Stop making things look the way they're not. MOreover, check out the producers of the show, the so-called organisers. How many are Igbos? How many? Tell us. It's not tribalistic. It is simplyt unwarranted. Wale was a good guy. agile and determined to be the ultimate man. Too bad he was evicted over such a flimsy thing -a missing totem.

Definitely it is political. Gulder wanted him out and they decided to steal the totem. that is Naija for us. The show needs ICPC.

Na so people like Wale reached. I was very happy wen i heard he has been evicted b/c i didn't watch that day's episode . His over sabi attitude brought it for him. You are here disturbing your self where as he is not missing it.

Initially, in the beginning, he said he wasn't missing any body, so like wise he is not missing GUS, he should come back next time and be the ULTIMATE MAN if he has learnt not to be an over sabi Guy.

Good For him. Kudo's to Vivien though, Chisom too like food, i wonder why she is not fat.

But who knows.Vivien and Uche may swap positions.Lets watch I see(According to bob).Am tired of that man.

someone should tell chisom to cut down on the overly long answers she gives when asked a question. Its becoming embarrasing since expressing herself fluently, is a challenge to her.

She should learn from Vivian with the short and sharp answers.

You got that.Shes so full of life but i see her as a very cunning gurl, her handicap is expressing herself well.
Vivien has been my all time fav. but i dont see her coming out as the Ultimate woman.
i was so scared for her yesterday, thank God she made it.

I agree with booty call.Chisom is very cunning.Yesterday, she pretended like she was not scared and freaked out by the fact that Vivien may be the last girl standing so, she kept on talking and behaving like she had already got it.
I had the feeling that Vivien was very scared yesterday.Anyway, today would be a brighter day for her.At a point,I thought that she would be evicted. This is because,by watching the previous seasons of the reality show,at this point,it is the person that arrives late that is evicted.
I know one of the girls would be evicted today.I hope it would not be Vivien.

The plain truth is that once the ten final contestants are chosen, the organizers already pick a winner with a fall back guy incase the original plan fails. U all need to remember when lucan won, at some point he fought in d camp, which should have been immediate grounds for eviction, but they brought up some flimsy excuse of him having won a previous task, giving him immunity. I was at the previous screening exercise and just narrowly missed out. The guy in charge of the drills tried one antic or d other to get me out and failed, till finally he said i should jog up some steps. Looking quizzically at me, he just said no, u cant survive. Now, i may be slim, but i'm 6'2 and while i dont look it, can easily out last most young men my age. Coupled with the fact that i happen to hold a karate black belt 3rd dan. All they want is for the hefty guys to be left at the end so they can act all macho and look buff in posters. I mean, c'mon, who wants to see a tall, slim, fair guy as the 'ultimate man'

My heart bled for her when she became emotional after the task. She wanted so much to do well.

The smally tried very much.

Now we are left with Chisom who wont stop talking.  Undecided

But really the GUS script writers ought to be a little more imaginative and ingenius with tasks.

They should be able to get tasks that require brains as much as it requires brawns( at least to give the girls a fighting chance).

I AM VERY SAD TO C VIVIEN GO, SHE WAS MY FAV, I know if its about physical strenght, she is always goin to kom last, they should have at least give them a task that will require the use of te brain, i kno Chidom would av kom last on that, she's dumb.

She has never solved a riddle or kom first in anytin that require the use of brain, i believe that Chisom of a girl came from a remote village, i am very sad now, my Vivien u r my last girl standing, Chisom is just a cunning old mama.

@Warfy Boy
I thought I was the only one that noticed it.Chisom has this "igbotic and bush" intonation. She speaks like a pure village girl.Infact, she is just a bush woman.I don't think she is stronger than Vivien. The reason she did better than Vivien is that Vivien was not in the right state of mind even before they all went for their tasks. She was even crying in the morning. That must have made her confused.

I cant still get over Viviens eviction, shes my ultimate woman and not Chisom.Na only God know where dem from pick Chisom, her diction is so poor and bad.
I agree with the last poster,Vivien was not even in the right state of mind ever before the task began.Vivien and Oseyi have the brains,Debbie got the charm,Chisom and Ada are bush babies  Cool i cant wait to see Chisom kicked out, cunny woman with deceitful long laughs.

I have some questions about ultimate search.

Do they air the show 1 day behind ? I.e activities of yesterday is shown today?

If not, how come they are able to produce the show about 2 hours and distribute it to the syndicates of TV stations. The first airing on Silverbird at 9?
