Facts About Unilorin 2009/2010 Admission.

Hi all my fellow nairalander's.I had my o'level results at one sitting, I wrote ijmb in year 2008,got a direct entry form and filled AWAITING RESULT IN MY A'LEVEL STATUS,choose unilorin as 1st(medicine) & 2nd(biochemistry) choice, I wrote the post-DE for year 2008/2009 admission section and I had 68%,and I was dreaming of my name being on the list of unilorin 2008/2009 admission list with an awaiting ijmb result.Of which that is going to be a dream that can never come through in unilorin.
So this is my advice for all those who:
1. just finished senior secondary school this year i.e wrote 2009/2010 weac of which the result is not going to be out until September and the dead line for UPLOADING ALL FORMS OF AWAITING RESULT IS AUGUST, 15 2009. Don't expect to find your name on the list at all.Even if your father is OLOYEDE himself who made the law of no awaiting results.
2.All ijmb students for 2009/2010 set,b'cos I was told that due to the ASUU strike Ahmadu Bello University has not even started marking your scripts at all,IF YOU DOUBT ME ASK THE DIRECTOR OF YOUR IJMB CENTRE.
 LETS US REASON WITH WITH PROFESSOR OLOYEDE:
He has a point:
1.How can a student without an o'level result be dreaming of gaining an admission into the school when you don't even know whether you are going to pass your 5 qualifying subjects with grades that will qualify you for the course you want to study.
2.For the ijmb dreamers some of you don't even have your o'level grades complete,neither do you know whether you are going pass IJMB WITH A MINIMUM OF FIVE POINTS.And then you want to jump into 200LEVEL.Haba una no dey pitty una sef.wat if dem put your name and you know come pass u go still pack your load at last.
FINALLY:
Finally,only those who've gotten their o'level results complete at one sitting,scored nothing less than 200(for other courses)in jamb,240(for medicine)in jamb, nothing less than 5points(ijmb other courses),nothing less than 13points(medicine), then for the pre-admission screening if have scored nothing less 60%and then for medicine 75% above then you'll be SURE OF GAINING AN ADMISSION INTO THE UNIVERSITY OF ILORIN THIS YEAR WITH GOD ON YOUR SIDE WITHOUT PULLING ANY STRINGS, BEING AN IN DIGENE OF KW ARA STATE OR YOU KNOWING ANYBODY.

i'm a prospective student of unilorin.i did ijmb but ddnt apply with it cos of dis awaiting rslt saga.nyweiz i ad 265 in jamb ,80% in p.jamb and a very remarkable waec rslt so wots it gonna be?

please i score 252 in jamb but i have 58% in p.jamb,please what is my chance

@MUIB u said u scored 252-step 1,how about your o'level is it ONE SITTING,as for your p.ume 58% no comments b'cos last year p.ume for medicine cut-off was 70% if u doubt it u can ask a unilorin student dat was admitted on merit(no be people wey use leg enter),except u have ''LONG LEGS AND STRON LEGS''.If not then we all know there is nothing impossible for God.

@CHIDQUE the website u are talking about can never give u your result,u think its every body dat's like unilorin dat allows u view your result free of charge.My brother if september no come ijmb result no dey show face, nd for your info u gat pay money b4 u collect d result PASSPORT TO JUMP TO 200LEVEL NO BE 4 FREE MY BRODA whether na 4 private centre u do am or not!!!!

@wimratez I just added the uploading your result on unilorin website b'cos dis year according 2 the advert it was said dat STUDENTS AWAITING RESULT HAVE TILL AUGUST 15 TO UPLOAD THEIR RESULT ON THE UNIVERSITY PORTAL,nd if u go 2 d university portal u won't find any space created 4 dat purpose.So u should know wat,

@WIMARTEZ hp u personally saw your 12points b'cos if u did not nd u filled it while filling the P.DE form nd your name comes out on d admin list with the school's record of u having 12points(A'level) oh boy God no go let your own worst pass those people wey their name no show 4 admin list(na him be say u go pack go house on the day of screening).Dis one wey u say u never collect result u sure say na 12points nd finally if march result don come out why u never go collect am abi u won collect am on internet like CHIQUE63.

@jaidy,it depends on your course.4 d fact dat u made it 2nd choice,u'll probably nid som sort of added advantage e.g.catchment area,connection, wv God on on your side but to tell u d truth only a few pple get so lucky wv 2nd choice

@pim,pls i got 251 & 67 in jamb nd pume respectively also got my o'level @ a sitting & put in 4 Economics but unilorin is my 2nd choice nd i'm 4rm Edo state,pls av i got any chance? Pls reply,i beg of u.i'm kris

@pim Yeah i took unilorin as my second choice cos d 1st was choosen  by my pups.although i've nt done my oau pume due 2d strike,i pray it goes well cos i was  not pickd at unilorin last year after pume score of 78% due 2 AWAITING RESULT.anyway tanx 4d reply & i've got your numba,may b i'll holla at u as development unfolds cos u're really doing good here.tanx a lot nd watz your name?
