what advise will u give for quick ejaculation problem in male?

I'm no medical doctor but i think the major cause of premature ejaculation has a lot to do with your state of mind, stress, pressure and heat. For the first part, think of something that will not get your mind excited. Say, Nigeria winning the world cup in 2010 (will not likely happen but hey you are thinking about something else) as you get to the point of release. That will take your mind temporary off the business at hand (no pun intended). As for pressure and heat, try to withdraw your thing intermittently as the show goes on to give it room to breath and cool off.

Next talk with your partner. Its a lot easier if she understand your situation. A good woman will work with you. Afterall, the sole purpose of love making is to enjoy yourselves.

I probably don't know what i'm saying. Let the doctors in the house give their opinion.
