My Eyes Goes Blurry

     At times when i look outside for too long then my eyes start going blurry and then at times i start having headache.it happens to me rarely but when it happens it is usually troubling, What could this be and what can i do to stop t, i WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF YOU HELP ME, thank you
