I have a copy of Genevieve Nnaji's single titled "no more".  It didn't connect with me, but then I'm not a girl.

i just think and won't stop thinking genevieve has a really high self esteem. i wish my self esteem sky rocketed like that. Grin

never heard her song but wouldn't be suprised if it's not half as good as ashley simpson's.

she is a good actress not doubt but not a singer abeg it sounds like trash to me she should stop imitating jlo because there can only be one jlo and one gene, someone should tell her to be ORIGINALLY

Why can't we ever be truthful to ourselves? I heard Genevieve's song 'No More' and it's beyond awful!

Infact the radio stations should do us all a favour and play it no more!

Well, i think no more is good i mean, she's representin laydees hu r abused in a relationship. 2 me, i c it as a homegurl kind of thing. BUT, that oda song, i'l b missin u, ah, it wasnn't good at all. ma point is mayb she should stik with "homegurl" songs and not move into love and slow songs. her acting is good 2 but she didn't deserve best actress. c'est tout!!!!!

i think she is okey in the music section but as for singing, she needs to step down because she sucks real bad. I think someone needs to talk to her about being an artist. Huh

the album is a disaster Wink

it's simply below expectations, maybe frustration from the 1 yr ban lead her into it.

I'm  from the Cameroons as una dey callam 4 Naija. We watch Nigerian Movies & Listen to songs by Nigerian artists especially 2 face Idibia, femi, fela, Sonny Okosun, etc.
Why do most so called Nigerian/African Stars prefer to copy the identity/styles of western stars??? Why must they copy this or that western artist style?? Why can't they just be ORIGINAL IN THEIR ART?? Huh Tongue
Genevieve Nnaji in the Music Profession  is not only a novice  but one without originality nor identity!! I watched the video 'No more' in which  she sings against DOMESTIC VIOLENCE  in the homes......... at the same time she & her gang of girls dress as if they are out to promote & provock domestic violence on themselves!! Tongue watz wrong with clothes like Bouba or Yoruba  Ashoki, Rappa or African outfits etc that Nigerian  women wear  on a daily basis?
It's a shame that she doesn't appreciate herself as Miss Nnaji (though most Africans do & acclaim her) but as a J-Lo wannabe Shocked Embarrassed what INSULT TO THE AFRICAN SOCIETY Huh!!

I must confess that i am very disappionted in her, she cool and she knows it am sure that is why she's full of herself please tell her to pipe down  :-*because there are better people in nollywood than her. And as regards her singing she did not have to disgrace herself by doing that, because everyone sings does not mean she sld join. Please Genny find something better to do with your life. Roll Eyes

Without thinking twice, frustration made Genevieve sing that song.  If she's trying to tell us she is free, will she not get married again and let's see if it will not be as tough as it was in the video?

Genevieve's song makes no single sense to me. Her voice may be nice(who cares Roll Eyes), but the lyrics of the song has no meaning. It'd have been better if she didnt sing at all.  Smiley

lets face it...genevieve is messing up cause she has bad friends tha lie to her and tell her trash..and the pepole that say the truth, she brushes them off cause shes afraid of the truth. you want to go to hollywood and you are snobbing your fans in naija face it, she should watch paparazzi and see what they are coping with there...personally im disgraced cause it is shameful that they are still vexing cause encomium put somethin about them, what about foriegn artists, CNN says something what do they do?? they let it go...or a spokes person says it for them...also the album, an excuse for her banning and im sorry genny but that was a poor one, you should have sat home and eat garry and epa. Ima fan of yours but im sori you gotta open  your eyes life is too short for all this shit! sit up and face reality...youve only made it as a star if you conquer all continents...in that case you are a budding star so please don't feel like you have made it, many people that act like you do have disentegrated along the way please don't fade away like some do....WAKE UP and PLEASE NO RECORDING AGAIN!!

hey its a pity some peeps here ain't feeling genevieve's "no more". i'm an honest person and i give my view straight up. i'm really feeling the song! and the video's really good. haven't heard any other one so i'll stop at that. in my opinion she tried. if she want to sing let her go ahead. no more is definately a hit to me.

somebody should  tell Abuja's Jeremiah Gyang and Bem Sar with tight ass gospel songs to get nice videos. their videos were wack. they should loook at their colleagues. Nigerian's these days are shooting nice videos. see DBanj, Pheroswuz, Big Lo, DJ Strambolla. they should take cue. even borrow money if need be.

Packing girls in a video does not make it a nice one.
