2009 NECO External Exam registration is not yet available. Their website remains the same i.e www.mynecoexams.com
I've been hearing rumour here too that registration is on but a visit to their office dispell this unfounded rumour as baseless. When it's out you'll know.

Was the result out? cuz accessing their website to check the result is a problem, it keeps redirecting me to webmail login page, and the other website I found is outdated!

Yeah the former works but not since yesterday. The latter isn't working since January so those scratch cards are obsolete- Nigerian way of doing business huh! The site for Nov/Dec registration is www.nigeriaexam.org but isn't for registration till next year. Registration for Nov/Dec 2009 closed on the 10th October,2009.
