Igbo And Biafra Ambition

Well the Igbo had little friend's during the war, if another Biafra is eventually born, my ideal ethnic make up for it would obviously include the Igbo, then the Ibibio (and efik, eket, ejagham, etc.) maybe the Oron and Kalabari as well (if they want, I might be missing some groups), and that's it, everyone else proved themselves enemies, but we can still interact diplomatically. Even if some Igbo groups don't want to be a part of Biafra, let them go.
