Please can anybody help me on how I can get a virtual credit card, to enable me pay my tuition fee

now and as such they have stopped giving out
visa card for now. I think the best option for you
is to apply for zenith bank websurfer. You must
not be banking with them before you can get it.
All you need to apply through their website.
you can also use payoneer master card for your
online transactions as well.

For example, if you need one with $10 balance, you will pay $25 for it or its Naira equivalent. For any amount above $35, you'll need to get in touch with me for the rates.
