Am using a nokia 3220 phone to browse with celtel or mtn network GPRSWAP enable to browse the net, now i try to configure my phone with my pc {laptop} my phone as modem but when ever i try to connect from my pc it does not work. the display on my phone say subscribe to gprs why the computer give me error 734. i know i do work, can somebody help me out. my email: alade4u@hotmail.com
Celtel :Go get ur phone provisioned for internet, customer service wont do that for yah. They are currently upgrading, Mtn :Same -Activate ur phone for gprs "Send SETTINGS to 3888" But mehn u gotta av alot of dough because u going to get billed 'BIG TIME'
Well, if you've been using your phone to browse before and you're sure that your phone has a modem with which you can connect it to the PC and your phone complains of such, perhaps you've not configured your phone settings to use the appropriate access point for the PC browsing. And what kind of PC connectivity are you using? Cable or wireless?
Am using cable DKU 5 & NOKIA 3220 PHONE. i have done all necessary i know whenever i try to connect what appear on my phone screen is (subsribe to gprs)
