my brother, i know no be say u dey vex. we are all one here and i personally would love for it to remain that way as long as possible. I personally cana tell u that if the british or the americans had such a thread for investors(they probably do but u can be sure its probably a premium to join) they would have it on bloomberg or CNN or something like that. what i mean is it would be celebrated if not for the hits on the thread, then for the wealth of information shared here and the selfless spirit with which it is shared.

i fear the battle may already be too far gone on this one. i hope i am wrong.

No worries man I stumbled upon another thread and there was a lot of tongue lashing and raking man run comot sha,
The furore will clear and since we don't mind the tips and info here we'll continue,
Thanks 4 all your doji stuff,

All the explanation they are giving about UBA still hovering around the 50 naira mark is seeming like a wrong one. This bank with very good fundamentals has refused to rise.

I intended a CICO but the thing is lasting too long to be a CICO candidate anymore.

Someone just called to tell me that NB made some fantabulous profits, the figures are closely guarded but investors will have reasons to smile big.

I think NSE need more than a crystal ball, something like a ladder to reach a certain elevation that has a shinny mirror that draws energy form the sun then as you rotate the ball it shines intensly on some stocks then bingo the names start to flow

NB will always make profit.Nigeria is next to England and Germany when it comes to people who drink alcohol. But men people dey drink beer here o.My cousin on her first visit to Nigeria passed a pub at 11am and it was filled with people drinking. She thought they were drinking tea as it is usually done in Northern Nigeria only for her to enter and see real shack.Infact some people were already drunk!

I have moved UBA to extremely long term.Looking at cashing out in 2020!Vision 2020 Millenium Development Goal!!.

@ posters, lets be mindful of language we use to refer to folks on here. This thread has invaluable knowledge and wealth, just about 99% of what I know about the NSE, I learned from this thread.

For the newbies, there isnt always an easy short cut route available, it appears people are mad or disappointed because they want folks to say hey buy stock A B C this week.

In the past while that might have been good, most people would come back and get bad when things don't happen as was speculated, or people realized that stocks were getting out of reach once announced on here prior to buying.

People are volunteering here, they are not obligated to be on here at all, so no need for attacking them when u post and don't get a reply, sometimes its because frankly not enough time, or simply they forgot. Many times I see folks saying aaah so and so is ignoring my posts or emails, as if you are paying them to respond.

Sha I hope I can get that oil company on time, or that insurance or those 2 other companies wey others don talk for here the last few days Wink

@ crazy T, if I were you I will leave my ABC till next week. There might be a slight pull back in sight for the company share price but it will go up again. Learnt they had a good year.
Besides if you sell and run, do you have a ready selected company to invest the money? Or hang with the money.

@all who are still holding on to Aiico, I would sell tomorrow if I were in your shoes. I'm just looking at the price and volume trend and don't like what I see. This is for short termers who want to take profit o! Long termers in the stock can stay put (or better still sell and buy after profit taking subsides). My own opinion though.

Lesson #21: never do CICO unless your broker is superman  Cheesy

Lesson #22: Make sure your superman broker is not going to be out of office the week you plan to execute your CICO moves!

I do have a superman broker, and issued my buys and sells for this week only to get a reply that he will be out of office this week and will pass on my instructions to a colleague. See me see trouble o!
