He will help only if he leaves soludo alone and solves the power crisis.

The likelihood of doing that is small, because Soludo doesn't belong to the so-called Kano-Katsina-Kaduna axis. Also if his current appointments are any indication, then you know that somebody from Katsina is already warming up for the job.

but she said they can incorporate another company which can then be listed. so if they incorporate a parent company wit the stockbroking firm as a subsidiary of the parent company, the parent company can do a private placement for the purpose of listing on the stock exchange. the parent company then shores up the paid up capital of the stockbroking firm to meet re-capitalization target from the proceeds of the PP
Yeah. That is the case with BGL. The parent coy is BGL Limited. while BGL stockbrokers can't be listed BGL limited will

The last time i did serious buying was last week of May in preparation for the next new month. I still took a "HIT" from my banking stocks were a lot of my port resides. Though 2005 was bad, but this is just pure crazy.Sentiments have just taken over the whole arena (Let my people go).
I've maintained discipline over the years no matter the situation, still following the rules of the game. The final week for the month of June has come and i'll still fill up more on my banks by next Thursday/Friday. Hope i don't receive more " HITS", otherwise i dey go do " Fada" for seminary.

Presently, I am not different from a person who knows nothing about stock.

I lost about 10% on my portfolio this week.

It is just making me sick.

I will some more but this time it will be in the Insurance sector with the hope that things will improve by August.

my broker got my cert for me and handed it to me rather than verify.

reason: the new shares have not been listed (according to my stockbroker about a month ago) so they can't send it in for verification.

Yeah no single portfolio is still not immuned. Its not over till its over. Heard of this JP Morgan report on the banks. I think that drove out a lot of Oyinbo dollars.
I doubt diamond will take that long to recover. Right now emotions are controlling price movements.

i even think it is the oyinbo man's dollars that is killing the market , if you having been making between 75% to 95% markup on your shares for the past 5years, why would oyinbo man want to miss out on a thriving market, all he has to do is bring 1 million dollars to the market, and take out between $1.75 and $1.95million. Going by the growth rate in the last 5 years, I will say Nigeria has been one of the best places on planet earth to invest your money. But the down side is Nigeria is a developing country awash with so much dollar from oyinbo people who are looking for where to invest their money after the credit crunch that is affecting the west. Nigeria can not sustain these money floating around and when oyinbo man see say the market is going down they start withdrawing their investment. i think that is what is happening.

It will look better as we enter new month but still make some falls caused by those " when WAN RUN". Still reserve some of your arsenal until when MACD's hit the "zero" . Opportunity no dey finish.
