House i studied microbiology and about to enroll into NIIT 4 a course. My intent is 2 study ORACLE 11g but i don't know if i'm on d right track. Pls advice me & tell me more.

Before you regiister, google for oracle or any other area you are interested in. Read about the technology, if it invoolves coding, look at sample codes etc. Wikipedia is a great learning resource. Have a general idea about the technology. If you feel it is something you may be interested in doing long time. good luck.
You dont want ot pay for a course and be like oh my did i make a big mistake?

Before you go for Oracle, ask yourself this questions
1what do i really want?
2 why do you need to learn oracle?
3. Are you learning it because your peers and every body say it is the right thing.
4. what would a microbiology do with Oracle?
5. what are you going to benefit from knowing it.
This question and many more is a good guide to help you understand whether you are on the right track. good luck
