Where i live,there are so many shemales it's no news at all. Infact,they have night clubs and they have their own shows, they are so integrated into the society that even parents encourage their boys to do sex change,i mean complete sex change.You can hardly tell the difference between them and the real girls especially in bars.What gives them away sometimes is the sway of their hips(usually too much), their voice(if they've not done the vocal chord operation), their boobs (usually too big and round and they always flaunt it,also,most real females here have small boobs), broad shoulders and height (most real females here are petite). However,if you are not a keen observer,you can't ever tell them apart from the real females, they believe they are females trapped in a male body and they will do anything to get out of that body, disgusting? you need to see them !

I havent but they(hermaphrodites) actually exist.
Transexuals however is a thing of the mind. They are men who just feel like women and later on with money get a sex reassignment operation done.
