Nov/ Dec Nysc batch 2009 depends on the instiution in question. As for several university in the eastern past like Esut didnt go for july-August batch becos of the internal strike which did not affect students in other schools from going. Strike or no strike Nysc office @ abuja is open to collect masterlist submission from institution and private varsity. Verify from your school's dean exams and records for further infor.
