Let no man deceive u. Fine, there is tuition free university in finland, registration begins Nov. 16th 2009 and its only once a year.
You have to write an entrance exam in either Finish or Sweedish language NOTING LIKE ENGLISH except for post graduate, masters and PHD so if u want to study in finland as an undergraduate and u cant speak Finish or Sweedish, pls 4get it, optional: try Norway or Sweeden

It is getting worst my brother    I have to create an official thread later when the admission period gets near so i can put people through the right channel to Sweden and Finland.


I am not disputing the fact that Finland offers free tuition to international students but i am referring to the lies the first poster stated there to dupe unsuspecting Nigerians.

What pains me most is their Nigerian i don't care altitude,, they don't know their actions is greatly affecting the image of Nigerians in those countries.  I know this things first hand 99.99 % and i really feel it is time to stop these people.

lyk i told u, u'll need to study Norwich language for 1 year; Its called the IFUS, lectures start in August and last for 28 weeks with 12 hours of class instruction and 1 hour of conversation per week. the course ends in mid-May, be fast abt it if ar interested, registration in progress
