'cant stand that soup messing up my shirts and table. It takes a lotg of efforts to control a lump and prevent it from spilling all over the dining table. Egusi is my favorite.

Ogbono is quite nice, sweeter after 1 day, but nothing like "Agwusi" as my hausa friends would call it!

First of all, you can't miss both Tongue

But Egusi is by far better than Ogbono in all categories.
1) Since, you need to fry the oil before cooking Egusi; it has longevity to last up to a week without taint, either you preserve it or not.
2) It's a multi-purpose soup; you can supplement it in all three square meals' plan and still not lose your appetite for it
.

You can’t eat Ogbono for straight three times in your day meal's plan, except you want to throw up or vomit; better still you might be writing a letter to constipation.

The only advantage Ogbono has is, since it goes with stodgy foods, it makes you regurgitate from time to time. So, if you don't want to eat three times a day. Just eat Ogbono in the morning with heavy Garri, as you regurgitate the food interminably back to your mouth every five seconds; just make sure you have three pure water by your side. You are good for the whole day. Grin Grin Tongue

Am I the only who usually gets that 'throw up' sensation after eating a 'not well peppered ogbono' soup?

Egusi is the real soup any day and you dont have to worry too much about how well prepared it is?

Can you eat a badly prepared ogbono soup?
