Pls wats d cause and d cure for migraine expecially 4 one who has no history of family migraine.Or check dis situation out.Like 3mths back,i took lots of paracetamol containing caffeine a lot atimes i tk up to 8 tabs a dae. Bt i stopped 2mths bak n neva took it again and since den i hv bin havin dis throbbin headache.I met a doctor who did a test on me and said it was malaria bt afta d medication i still had slight headache n he gv me 4 tabs of cafergot.Bt i rily dnt fink its migraine considerin d dosage of d paracetamol i took n dat am alwaiz stressed out as i hardly sleep.I wake up early arnd 4am for work and sleep late arnd 1am afta watchin tv and surfin d net.Moreova no1 has migraine in all ma family.Pls wat do u all fink it is and wat can i use to douse it even though i dnt get afta sleepin,only wen i tlk much do i get d headache.Pls help me wit necessary info.

Migraine can be cured with natural everyday herb. its not something you toy with. reach me on infotechiksupply@gmail.com for immediate cure before it gets worst.

Try staying away from chocolates, citrus, cheese and caffeine and watch if there is any effect.
How bad is your migraine?  Do you having flashing lights or not.

My internist recomended Nortriptylene.It is some kind of anti-depressant.

I never took it,so I dont know if it helps.I heard it makes you gain weight Undecided Undecided Undecided

But the  best thing would be to talk to your Doctor and see if he can prescribe something
like Imitrex; works wonders when Ibruprofen fails.
