@seun defaced means currency that has been defaced in some manner,change from its original look to black or printed label written on it and needs cleaning with a rare and usually very expensive chemical. to reface it back to life, i mean for spending.

this is how our so called leaders steal our money to abroad they defaced it so as to hide away from screening in the airport ,so it looks as if its paper but in real sense its money ,thats what i think
