Hi Fellow Nairalanders,

Im just nominated as one of five-man committee to review our company's policies and we were given only one week to submit a comprehensive report or suggestion that is addition or substraction to the existing one.  I would be grateful for your contribution(s).  Thanksssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss

we don't work in your org neither do we have access to the policies you are meant to review so how da heck do u expect us to help you?

Your one-week deadline ended yesterday. . .So, what made it into the policy?

Here are a few suggestions (in addition to salary) for the compensation section of the policy:

1) Show-Up-For-Work Allowance - Paid daily for people who actually come to work, not just draw salary
2) Smiling-At-Work Pay - If you're having a bad day, you're doomed
3) Poise Pocketmoney - Your steppings and pose must be professional
4) Idea Stipend - Remember, there are no foolish ideas
5) Boss-Favourite Grant - You know those bastards get it anyway, so put it in the policy
