Born in the 80’s, SLK, real name Ayo-Amu Susan Edelokun, is a contemporary RnB artiste with a blend of indigenous Nigerian feel. 
SLK is known for her skillful, unique, sonorous voice and her guitar playing skills.
She grew up in Lagos Nigeria and is a B.Tech holder in Microbiology from the Federal university of Technology Akure.
A song writer and composer, SLK grew up on artiste like Tracy Chapman, Brandy, Boys 2 men, 112, Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey etc
Susan started singing professionally back in her university days in 2002 and has worked alongside renowned artist and producers like Styl plus, Tolu Okeowo, Sunky, Mekoyo etc
She came into the mainstream in 2006 with a well received single titled“O ju ife lo” (more than love). The song enjoyed massive air play from top radio stations like Rhythm Fm Lagos and Abuja, Cool fm Lagos and Abuja, Brilla Fm, Unilag Fm, Hot Fm Abuja amongst others. The song was picked as a” hit song of the week for “Rhythm Fm, and also topped the charts on “home made hits” on Rhythm alongside other notable major radio stations in Lagos, Abuja and other Nigerian States. The song was followed by another single “Bawajo” that also received extensive air play in Lagos and Abuja.
The Soul Diva was also nominated as the most promising act by Abuja’s Hot Fm radio station in 2007.
She has made several appearances in top shows like Rhythm Unplugged, MTV Base Advance Warning, and also in Abuja, Calabar and Lagos.
She recently released another hit single/Video titled “darlyn”. The video was directed by Clarence peters (Capital Dreams Pictures). The video is currently in heavy rotation on all key TV platforms and has received a lot of commendation and critical acclaim from fans and critics.

Currently, SLK works for a reputable Financial Institution in Lagos. Despite her hectic schedule, she still finds time to hit the studio to record her songs. She is adding final touches to her debut album, scheduled to drop soon and which promises to be an all time Nigerian rnb classic.
