Don't be surprised that most account officers might not know it. There was a time I had to travel all the way from Osun to Lagos just to get similar information  from my bank's headquarters. Most of those branches don't know anything beyond getting your money and paying you back when you need it. Can you imagine a high profiled bank official arguing with me that I could withdraw dollars from my Master card using their Inter switch ATM which is only programmed to pay in Naira?

I laughed at his stupidity as the ATM of his bank withed my card rather than paying me dollars. The card was withheld because of continuous trials by him. Instead of admitting that he didn't know the answer to my question, he was arguing forcing me to accept his own opinion. No wonder his bank is among one of the 5 banks that are in trouble now.

So, if anyone has answers to that of the poster, please tell him. I know that of Intercontinental Bank and GTB.

depends on which branch u use

mine is

FCMBNGLAXXX

the XXX stands for my branch code, so ask your branch for their code and replace it

should look like FCMBNGLA???

P.S. LA is for lagos branches, i just guessed u are in lag
