Vs

Chelsea have started the season on fantastic form and continued their dominance over opponents with a 1-0 Champions League victory over Porto on Tuesday but they are now set to face their rivals in London derby. Tottenham ended their winning run as they lost at home to Manchester United and Spurs are aiming to return to winning ways.Chelsea have been playing great football in most of the games this season but we cannot really say they deserved to win all of the last six games. They struggled to cope with Stoke’s battling approach and they were very lucky to win the game. Didier Drogba missed the Porto game through suspension . The good thing is the Ivorian will be back for this very important game and he is set to restore his partnership with Nicolas Anelka. Joe Cole should also be in contention for the Tottenham game after his surprise inclusion on the bench against Porto and it is this player that Ancelotti sees as the link between midfield and attack. The diminutive midfielder is making a good progress after recovering from knee injury and he is likely to take some part in this match. On the other hand, Yuri Zhirkov is still struggling with knee injury and his recovery is taking a lot more than anyone expected. Deco will miss out due to calf injury  and Alex due to groin injury. The hosts are set for a very difficult job against in-form Tottenham, but as Ancelotti said, they wouldn’t mind to keep winning ugly.

Harry Redknapp's Tottenham Hotspur side come in after suffering their first defeat of the season at the hands of Manchester United.Spurs have been playing some beautiful football this season and this team look more than capable of mounting a serious top 4 challenge.  Tottenham entered the derby game with Manchester United in great spirits after four straight league wins and they managed to get the upper hand of the tie as Jermain Defoe scored within the opening minute. However, that seemed to have woken up United, who from that moment started playing extremely well. The visitors managed to overturn the deficit before half-time and even though Tottenham kept pushing forward, United managed to hold on, score another goal and win the game. Spurs now need to pick themselves up quickly and they shouldn’t be too downhearted by the latest defeat as this is still one of their best starts to the Premiership campaign. Harry Redknapp is expected to field an unchanged line-up from that which started the United game, which means that Robbie Keane will continue on the left flank. Jermain Jenas made his return into action after the lengthy spell on the sidelines and he now offers the boss an extra option in midfield, and he will definitely play some part in this match. Jonathan Woodgate, Michael Dawson and Gareth Bale are all making progress after recovering from injuries but this game comes too soon for them.Luka Modric will also be unavailable to Redknapp after breaking his leg against Birmingham last month, but Heurelho Gomes is pushing for a starting berth after coming through a reserve outing in midweek.

A tight one indeed , but chelsea's resilence and fight to finish attitude will nick it for us, Drogba playing upfront and Anelka , 3 points sure,
