My broda do not mind does useless leaders. October 1, 2009 they will be forty 1 or 2 and no hope. What a waste of a country. Many regret being a Nigeria because the suffering is too. I wish I was never born in that country even associate with Nigeria. Innocent Nigerians are being molested because they think we are all crimes. If Nigeria should stop their criminal thing, it has to start with the useless leader. When a leader steal, then the followers will follow.

I have to agree. For months, I saw the weird looking Alien Ads at bUs stops and in the library. I am a SCIFI buff and the movie is no different from the many movies you get from watching SCIFI. Not bothered by the mention. I have seen movies with Italian Zombies, Congolese Cannibals and head hunters. In all, I think it is cool and a must see for anyone who enjoys SCIFI.

Next movie, I would like to see is the SURROGATE!!! The plot sounds intriguing!

There is nothing wrong with having Nigerian Zombies and Nigerian Cannibals but there is something fundamentally wrong when it is obviously clear the script was written to add a concursion of lines to show Nigerians are degenerates to be avoided, hated and feared.

I enjoyed the movie and would encourage others to see it and judge for themselves as individuals with brains and capacities of their own to know what they like and what they do not.  I mean what is OBVIOUS to you may not be to the next man who is not bothered by the same issues that likely bother your person.

From me, I recommend it. It is must see!! Grin

I think Dora is as misplaced as her priorities as a minister

The Jews dont have a bad reputation as we do to deal with so yeah, they can fight that. but we have serious issues and I think Dora should clean up the house first before worrying about the dirt being thrown at her house.

They don't have a bad reputation of killing and oppressing people they ceased their lands.

You go and make a film about Isreals brutality and oppression in Palestine and see whether even the US government would not join mouths in condemning it.

Well, if you are a SCIFI fan, like I am, you would be used to managing most of what you get. I mean majority of SCIFI movies have weak plots but you just use your imagination for the most part to make it more interesting. I saw the movie THE HITCHHIKERS GUIDE TO THE GALAXY ( saw the mini series as well). Weak Plot but all in all good SCIFI movie( I have seen that movie over 20 times now and still laugh each time). lol

Check out THE MATRIX. The first movie was awesome but the next two were just so so, however, when a SCIFI mind puts all the three together, it makes for a great trilogy.  Grin

Ban or no ban they know you can still watch it if you wanted to. That's not the point. It's just that the name of a former president was used and they had to make some kind of stand. If you like, help Sony advertise the movie more by blabbing about how much you love it and would watch it again. You'll be less than a sell out, you'll be a lost entity. Westernisation has made some people lose their sense of dignity.

Btw, the movie was not that good. Same old same old. Aliens living among humans - big f. deal.

Cabbage Patch brain, the movie is FICTION not reality.  If you and the Nigerian government think that the CIA is lying why don't you and Ms Akunyili do something about,.   After all the CIA fact book can hinder tourists from visiting Nigeria.  The CIA fact book is updated every frickin' year and Nigeria is moving closer to number one, so if the CIA is not telling the truth, why not go after the American Government rather than ranting over a fiction movie.

But then again, I don't expect a bonehead like you to comprehend.  Tell Ms Akunyili to go after the CIA fact book, after all they are the one who is tarnishing the "good" name of Nigeria every frickin' year.

Don't be stupid. It is not a comparative basis.

If the CIA can back it up with statistics, no matter how faulty, you can limit your complains.

But if the CIA comes and makes up a story that puts us down just for the fun of it, then we should not tolerate it.

Would you be happy if I made up a defiling story about your parents even though you know it is not true? So why would you be cool with a story that blatantly displays hate for Nigerians (including your fuucking arse)?

It is a known fact that South Africa has a higher incidence of rape and murder cases than Nigeria.
i just Imagine what will happen if we shoot a movie with a character called Nelson Mandela, who happens to be a rapist and serial killer.
But then who will shoot the movie? Nollywood?
I'm not a die-hard fan of the Nigerian government, but I take serious offence to anything that will portray the generality of the country as demons. That movie is very offensive especially in the misrepresentation of a Nigerian Elder statesman(whether we like it or not).
