Hey guys, one thing I've not really understood about this Zain lite of a thing is the 100Mb issue. Is it that the 100mb is your limit for a day? or the 100mb limit is for a month? that's one thing I've not really understood. Please kindly explain further. Thanks

MY UGLY EXPERIENCE WITH ZAIN LITE
Since six months now that I have been using Zain Lite some time you will make use of the bandwidth you subscribe for and some other time they will do it in Nigerian way in other to maximize their profit on the detriment of their poor subscribers. On 21st September, 2009, I recharged my Zain Mobile internet with N1,000. 00 which goes for 100Mb but after 3days the bandwidth went into thin air without much to prove their exploitation, on September 25, 2009, I recharged with another N1, 000.00 which goes for another 100Mb within 20 minutes of this recharge, my 100Mb went into thin air again, at this time I managed to log into my yahoo box and wanted to attached a file that is 172k without success within this 20 minutes. When I dial *141*712*0# to check my balance behold my “account is not active” meaning that I have been logged out of the system. I called their customer service several times 1st I was told that they are working on their server and at another time they said that my complaint has been forwarded to the management yet another time they gave me 48hrs to restore my bandwidth and I had to recharge again to continue with what I was doing.  Which means that I Used N3, 000.00 on Zain Lite in a week without downloading. For that I renamed them ZAIN THIEVE!

I almost subscribed to that rubbish package last week, thinking that the 100mb limit is for a day, not knowing that its for a whole month. But thank God I was able to learn some lessons and experiences here.

The 100Mb  has the life period of 1 month weather used or unused if you decide to use it in a week is up to you. for me sometime I use it for 2 weeks on checking and sending mail with light downloadings and uploadings Eg. 100k to 400k

Guys u can get a zain 3g sim any where. Just do this , when ever u want to buy a sim card just take a look at the gold panel on the sim card if its large then it is 3G enabled sim; but if its the small type even if your phone is 3G you will never get 3G signal on a 3G zone

Zain lite is ok o that is if you are a lite browser but if you require much data usage you pay more compared to mtn's yeye package I have a sister that uses the 10,000 data card and believe me we hardly get 50mb out of it through the month cos the network sucks all the time(ipaja) but zains more stable

Zain lite is good if you are a lite surfer but I think Etisalat 500mb for 3k is better.
