Our Clients can not connect to this to our website from this server proxy.oauife.edu.ng what should we do

Thank s i have called  this guys several times but their respond has always been that it not from their end and more also that i should check with my clients's  internet service provider.

this problem is peculiar to OAU server where we have larger % of patronage for now.
