I remember when I was a kid in the South Eastern state, the governor Esuene made this rule that people have to go back to their culture. Since it was the culture in most south eastern communities before that only married women covered their breasts , all traditional dances by school girls and boys  were done with only the groin area covered.
This is a historical fact, but funny enough in those days no one saw it as big deal and there was little promiscuity.
Its more what goes on in our mind these days.

A place where only toned. supple-breasted nubile young unmarried women are encouraged to go topless while post-childbirth women are forbidden to expose their higher mileage physiques sounds like paradise to me Samsilo.

How do I get there for a sightseeing tour of cultural dances and events ?

bossoms are meant to be covered.
truth is that a woman's body is curvy. even when she is completely covered, you still see the rippling  Grin . why go the extra mile and actually show skin unnecessarily? some of the sexiest women i know dont even dress skimpy.

i like to think that i can still drop it like its hot and i dont even really dress skimpy.  Grin

well maybe they want to go back to the days of adam and eve, i have never seen a man walking naked without covering his winky before in my life except if he is insane, but they women do, they wear net and call it clothe, and then when they are raped, they say the man is wicked and possessed.

well i think these girls that like showin off their breasts can help malnutricious children in Naija by makin their breast milk available 4 the kids 2 drink frm, by so doing, they are helpin humanity instead of lettin it waste out to the public lookers. or betterstill help milk starving men have some taste of it, they'll really appreciate and give u more thumbs up. go to orphanage home, breastfeed young and old orphans. please don't waste your star
