The early hours of yesterday saw the students of Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, Abia State, protesting the on- going three months plus strike embarked upon by the Academic Staff Union Of Universities (ASUU). The students who trooped out in their thousands protested the prolonged negotiation between ASUU and Federal Government and urged the Federal Government to quickly respond to the plights of the union and respect the agreement reached with them over two years now.
