Power Supply, Water Supply, Good Education, HealthCare, GOOD ROADS ( not patched roads that are destroyed once the rains start), better business-centric environment to encourage both local and foreign business investments, Government Accountabilty, Security, The list goes on!

Dubai, can come afterwards!! People should stand up and rebuke these people for coming up with promises that are not centered on tackling the main problems to this date.

I don't think anybody in Lagos enjoy 24hrs supply everyday of the year, neither do I think every pupil is in a world class school but Fashola is still providing ferries as an alternative means of transport as well pursuing other lofty dreams.

they'll have to work on turning all citizens of anambra into high class first, turning anambra into dubai sounds like donkeys riding limousines, there's a reason why everywhere cant look like dubai, ive been to dubai its not a small place no where in nigeria can look like it, i dint go and do market follow follow like some nigerians i went on holiday i nearly fainted at how serene the place was, we walked through a tiny street and it looked normal turned out the street was on water and it had a shop, those people are on top mehn

Poster,
What he meant was that he will open the credit ceiling for looters like him to borrow(which is another word for stealing) government money without any plan to repay in near future.

I can see that some idiots on this forum can no longer bear the injuries inflicted on them by the world financial crises . . . .Instead they have chosen to channel and heap their frustrations on Prof Soludo in a characteristic fashion of their archaic pull him down mentality.
But I have a bad news for you folks, Enjoyment1, blaksta and etal  . . .Soludo doesnt give a damn shit about what you ingrates think about
him because majority of Nigerians know that he performed gallantly during his tenure as the CBN chief.

Well Soludo is not a politician even though he as now delved into politics. He is first and foremost a trie, tested and proven technocrat. I really don't understand this pull him down attitude of Nigerians. Soludo is certainly one of the best brains in this country and we should actually be begging his likes to rule us.

You are right he has brains but like most politicians he wont use it once he gets into politics, I used to think he was all that Until Sanusi exposed his ineffectiveness at CBN, unless sanusi is indeed a northern ploy to take over the banking sectors thus cooking stories about Soludo, hmmm

But hey he should not make irresponsible statements such as transforming anambra to dubai, aint gonna happen in 8yrs

He might have been one of the best brains but was corrupted to extent that he almost single handed ruined Nigeria.  The man was a failure towards the end of the tenure

I wonder why you people are so turned on by this Dubai Promise.

Trading is what our people do and turning anambra into Dubai will not hurt.
Transforming into Dubai also means bringing other basic amenities to the people as well as creating enabling trading environment.

Why is everyone crossed with this Dubai idea or is it because it is coming from Soludo.

@kunle, leave these politicians alone, they have their hidden agendas, we would appreciate it better if he did it and left us to do the talking. Donald duke did it in calabar when he built tinapa, we did the talking
