Students of Michael Okpara University of Agriculture trooped out in their thousands to protest against the on-going three months plus ASUU strike on 23rd of September 2009.The students condemned the recalcitrance of the Federal government in the signing of the agreement they reached with ASUU over two years now.Speaking, a 300 level students of department of pure and applied physics in the institution, Ani Ezekiel urged the Federal government to quickly attend to their academic staff and resolve the issue in the interest of the students.
