exactly what standard are u looking for?
grades of equipment vary with prices.
200k can get u a decent studio,
800k can get u a maaad studio,
5million can get u a wicked studio,state of tha art equipment.
it all boils down to having what it takes to make good muzik cos i know a couple o' engineers who have killer studios but their production,mixing and mastering is absolutely wack.

studio bizness no be buying and selling.
yemi sax's studio is located in one of the ugliest parts of mushin but he's still doing his thing.
