Waec/neco Disappoint Nigerian Student

more than 1.2million nigerian student sat 4 2008/2009 waec exam and 26 percent have 5 credit including mathimatics and english language dis is too bad 4 nigeria reputation as 4 me this examination  body did this intentionaly . do you know this may cause increasment crime rate. this is unfare . this mean more than 1 million student are  at home now  after 6 years of schooling and  there is no acheivement due to wickedness of this examination bodies
