Starcomms Problem

this morning i got a starcomms 500 recharge card, but scratched a part of it wrongly. so i decided to guess the no but ended up getting my line blocked. i called them but said by the end of today it should be unblocked, but it isn't. i tried calling customer care but they just don't pickup. plz help me
