How To Destroy Lost/stolen Phone? >>>nokia<<<

Hello Nlanders,

   Am sorry for using my problem to disturb you guys,  I missplaced my phone in a taxi, when i was in Abeokuta. To be sincere, my friend told me that the guy called him with my number (he insert my sim card into another phone because my phone is phone code enabled)  and start asking for the owner and how he can reach me,  Finally he reached me through my landline and he told me he saw the phone near his gear box in his car ( Actually i tried the phone wen i discovered my pocket was empty {that was like past 10mins when i came down from the car} He pick the call and tell me wrong number) I keep calling and calling,  I guess the person did not know how to switch off the phone because it was phone locked enable. So when i tried it the 6th time (not responding) i was very mad  ,  Maybe the person remove the battery.

  Later in the night around past 10pm he called and ask me if am the owner of the phone, and i said yes,  I start pleading and begging him that i will pay him any amount if i can have the phone back. I told him where i reside, and he told me that he will try and bring it the next day then he end the call,  To my suprise he call back and start asking for the phone lock code that he need it so that he can put my sim back because he is using his friend phone, i was skeptic at that moment and tell him that i cant give it out,  I advcied him to stored my landline and call me with another sim as soon as he get to my location,  Never knew the guy was planning to get the phone code from me,  But as omo-mushin i no tell am Ooo,  Till now i have not hear from the guy,  And the funiest thing is that , the person has been call my relatives especailly my Mum and Dad to send credit,  But none of them did not send anything to him.

   Please Nlanders Help me oooo,  Make i just Destroy the phone,
   The phone na Nokia 6220c,  If u need the Seriel number let me know,

      I will be grateful if i can get any help or useful information on how to go about destroying the phone,

I know a way but i don't think we do it here in 9ja.



Send you IMEI number to your operator and the phone will be LOCKed and rendered useless.

yes its possible; just get to your operator office wit enuf evidence of your ownership to d phone n dey shud be able to do it for u

when u get 2 your operator office,  they wil ask of your IMEI & your NO along wit d phon when stolen.
So it mean they ought 2 block both  no & International  Mobile Equipment Identity.



 U cn as well destroy your stolen phon by using a data base machine known as  A CENTRALIZED EQUIPMENT IDENTITY REGISTER  {CEIR}  accessible by all GSM operators

@all, a friend of mine yan me say,  There's an application called tracker, is use to monitor phone when stolen. He said two phones will be required. One: the one with the application. Second will be the one where the application will be sending info.
Has any one come across this software?
