Job Description

The Driver/Logistic Assistant will be a full-time staff of ABGREMO, based in Calabar but travelling frequently to the project areas. The Driver/Logistic Assistant reports to and works most closely with the Programme Coordinator, Deputy Programme Coordinator and other support staff. The Driver/Logistic Assistant will be in charge of project car and other logistic related matters for the organization.

The Driver/Logistic Assistant is a full-time position and the contract period is for one year, beginning immediately with the possibility of extension. Applications must be received by December 27th , 2006

QUALIFICATIONS

ABGREMO is actively seeking a candidate who is committed to its mission and vision.
Educated person (minimum SSCE/WAEC)
Posess a valid Driver’s Licence.
A minimum of 5 years experience working in a similar position;
Experience of driving long distance;
Strong attention to detail and a high level of organization;
Written communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of team;
Diplomacy and negotiation skills;
Willingness to travel regularly within Nigeria;
Proficiency in providing logistic support to the organisation.
