Relocating To U.s Dec. 09 - Need An International Account

Hello Naira landers, I'm planning relocating to U.S (New York) December this year and I want to enquire if it's possible for me to open a bank account that I can be paying in money here in Nigeria and also have access to withdraw the money when I get to New York. Which bank do I use?

Open an  account  with  Citi Bank  in Lagos  and  you  can  cash your money  also in  USA
