Honestly ave not heard about iceville, so i wouldnt comment onn him. But Ghetto p? nah, he's alright but cant be in a naija MC top ten list. ave heard his big baby track and his verse on Sauce's monkey banana, Ghetto p is just alright but nuttin spectacular.
