Security Code Wahala

Hello people,

I just noticed a problem on my phone recently. I cannot use another sim apart from my Zain line. Whenever i try to do that, it asks me for a code (not pin code). I tried putting the only code i use, but it would not accept it. Can anyone tell me what to do to be able to disable  or reset it?
