The property they currently occupy at Omole was said not be theirs by a certain man who claims to be the landlord of the property. But P2 claimed to have bought the property with N53Million.

…….pls pls pls…, how many landlords go to issue eviction notice to their tenants with the media? this is the second time this same man is calling the media to the same house on the same issue….He claims to be a chief, ceo to zedex oils, a micro finance bank, owns hundreds of properties in lagos…, and he is acting this way over a wall broken in a BQ? lmao this man hasnt really said what he is looking for from this young men. This must be a desperate man seeking for public attention. If they threatened his life n family, is that not a legal matter? isnt that a police matter? why the media?……alot of things just dont add up. This guy is crazy i tell you.

The landlord issued no eviction with the media (the media, on their own ground go to and from seeking for news stories to make headlines). Let me take your mind back to when they were hosted on "An Evening with P Square", organized by Silverbird Group. They were asked a question, it reads "P Square is using a Hummer under a rented appartment" (not even leased). And the dread-looking of the twins said they were not on a rented accommodation, that they bought the property for N53Million. (I personally believe that in every rumour, there is certainly an iota / element of truth in it)
It is not about the numbers of property the landlord has, I mean, if I spent hard earned (worked for) money to setup a structure, I should cater for it. "he that wears the shoe, knows where it pintches", its his (landlord's) property, he has every right to feel bad at seeing things no being the way they should be. I don't think that man would react the way he did if P Square bought the property as they claimed. He would have no right - whatsoever to (even) step into the premises. And this is happening for the second time. What are we not saying here!
Please, y'all should tell P Square that accommodation is very difficult to come by in a place like Lagos. If they know what is good for, them they had better chew their sword and return with a humble heart to solicit for the landlord's mercy. Or else _ _ _ _ _ _ (fill in the blank space)

according to psquare media briefing after the incident.
they bought a house at lekki
the house is too far frm airport so they rented an apartment at omole 4 1.7 per annum.
the land was willing to sell the house for 45m
they paid 5.7m as deposit,to pay the 39m later.
after 2 weeks they raised the remaining 39m to assume full ownership of the house.
landlord change the term of agreement saying the prize had risen to 45m nd the 5.7 paid was for houserent alone.
they resigned to live out their rent.
peter later convinced them to pay the 45m instead of living as tenants.
getting to the landlord,the man informed them that the price of the house had gone up to 80m.
they decided to live as tenant in the house
the landlord started the frequent visit with diff type of girls,and also bringing artists for psquare to produce.
he was demanding money realized from the studio session of the studio they built in his house
he requested to become psquare's manager
he demanded for some percentage of money they will make in their next alum(danger) which was produce in the studio.
he took lawyer to the house.
they gave them notice to rebuild the wall they pulled down in 7 days
he took journalists to the house.
all these wudnt have happen if they are living in their own house.although they claim that their own twin duplex will be completed b4 the end of the year.

i dont know which of the story to believe, they say they have a house on the island but the house is far from airport, they also said, they will finish their twin duplex soon,,,
does p-square produce for other artiste ? CAPITAL NO
so what are they saying, that i am not hearing, i really dont believe anything even if i am hearing it from the horse's mouth, because the horse can paint the story and make it sounds so good,

I saw the review video of this statement on STV Entertainment News during the event of "An evening with P2", when someone from the audience threw this question @ them. (are you saying Silver Bird Group is one of those people that loathe at them too)?@ eleshin P 2 proudly said they had the right to build a pool in the house "because" they already have secured the property as rightful owners. If that is what they claim, why on earth would the "ex-owner" want to gate crash into their premises. P 2 never ready to talk true |

I wonder O But from all indications, P2 have the highest charge count here I don talk my own, accommodation for Lag no be small pikin play O Ehen  NOTEAm not taking side with the landlord (who also has his own faults). But am saying P2 should learn to tell the truth, no matter the pressure / public-personality-status they possess |
