How much can one charge for video/audio embedding on a webpage, ?

it depends - how large is the clip? how many clips? how much traffic do u anticipate from such embedding(s)?  You don't want to exceed your bandwidth allocation and end up paying cut-throat "overages".

Okay, what I would do (and this may not make sense given I am not in naija) is find out how much it will cost you to make the clip (equipment, etc) and then add at least 50% on top of that. 

As for putting it on their site, the actual code isn't involved so I will let you make that judgement, although I would personally say at least N1000 (again, I am not there, so this figure may be too much).
