Which Nigerian Tribe Did The Word Wahala Originate From

Please can you help? looking for the Origin of the Nigerian word 'WAHALA'
Some say Its a Nigerian pidgin Language, Some say its an Hausa word, some Ibo and others say yoruba.
Can someone help clear the confusion.

WAHALA is a typical Yoruba word and it means "TROUBLE"
