Some of them may be highly skilled, some minimally skilled, and some with the potential to acquire new skills. And when is providing an avenue to people who willingly partook in the lottery to come to the U.S. become defrauding? I think that it is even favorable to Naija because it provides to these people an opportunity to come to the U.S. to learn and refine their skills, which could be beneficial to Naija, if these lottery winners return home--and a lot of them do return home. Without disrespect to my Naija brethren who have never left the shores of Naija, it will most likely take the return of Naijas in diaspora to fix Naija because they are no longer used to being bit by mosquitoes, not having light, not maneuvering around pot-holes on those streets, and they will probably want to fix their home state to bear semblance to the lives to which they are used to. |

Whatever you do, avoid CaliMexifornia, this state is bankrupt. Go to Texas or some state in the Southeast (Georgia, North Carolina, etc), I hear those states are where most new jobs are created.

Winning a DV Lottery is one thing, but getting a visa is another thing altogether. Not everyone that won the DV lottery will get a visa.
