Sim Registration Failed,heeelllpppp Meee Ooooo!

im usin both Nokia 6233 and E65
Anytime i insert a MTN sim into the 6233,it will say SIM REGISTRATION FAILED
If i insert my GLO sim into the E65,it will also say the same
But if i swap the SIMS,both phones will read it.
Pls i want to sell the E65,Is there any solution to thsi problem.
