What can one do with a Blackberry phone without SIM slot in Nigeria?
Is it just useless or one can configure Starcomms BB(or any other network) service on it?

Any Phone is no-sim slot is for CDMA [Land-Line] , don't know if erm providers offer u the opportunity to configure that particular phone rather you buy their own device!
