Guys A Brother Is In Deep Pain!

I believe in the power of nairaland. i have had the problem of premature ejaculation for a long time now, and if i am not mistaken , the cause is acute masturbation in my teenage years. Now, i am grown[26yrs] and have express oppurtunity to make love, but its either i ejaculate immediately my penis touches the vaginal wall, or after 3-4 thrusts!
   Previously, i had solace in the fact that, after messing up in the first round, i
stay longer and harder in the second round. Now its worse, i struggle to have a firm, or close to firm erection in the second round. , infact my erection has weakened.  My pain is my girl is a novice to sex and i wrongly blame her, knowing i am the cause, i cry most times when she leaves cos i blame her for wht is not her cause.
HOW CAN I GET HELP! I NEED PERMANENT SOLUTION, I AM DYING OF DEPRESSION. PLS REPLY,
