Broken Lcd Touch Screen For Htc Universal (pu15) Needs Fixing

Hi guys,
I was able to enjoy my HTC Universal (PU15) for only a couple of months before the LCD Touch Screen broke. That was early last year. The first guys I took it to for repairs said I should pay 20,000naira. I thought that was ridiculous so I just packed it up. I have just found it again while going thru some of my old stuffs and am now seriously considering fixing it. Coz its an old version HTC phone (2005) I figured it should cost a lot less to repair now. Does anyone know exactly where I can fix it at a reasonable price?

P.S. I reside in Lagos. And Yes, I've tried Computer Village. Not much luck there. They just kept sending me here and there without any success (obviously).
