Amodu & all those cultists in the football house should be sacked because they have nothing to offer to developing our football.
A good coach develops players, reads game and make necessary changes that expoits the weaknesses of the opposition but this is missing in our local coaches.They lack updated knowledge of the game & rely on foreign based players. Not until we look inwards by grooming local talents we 'll continue to mess up in major competitions. Because this big boys value their legs more than their country.
For me, i want the country to be recolonized again. The souls of Azikiwe,Ahmadu Bello & Awolowo e'tal shall not rest in peace for granting us independence when we were not ready for it.Who says we were not better off under our colonial master?

It's not only Amodu that's got problem but the entire super Eagle. If only we can change the team name to SUPER CHICKEN as they were tagged by Ghanian supporters at the last nation's cup, it seems the 'super' has got into their common sense.

Yes. Full stop. He should take full responsibilities for the flopping chicks. That team lacks inspiration and direction. In sum we do not deserve to be at the most serious sporting event - the world cup - Why start three defensive mid fielder in a game we wanted to win? why play yakubu before obafemi. Please let us forgot this world cup and focus on developmental football. this crop of players lack the will to win.

In the currrent ongoing qualifiers, Nigeria is one of the few countries WORLDWIDE (less than 10) yet to lose a SINGLE match. Even brazil have lost 1 and drawn 6.
We drew with Mozambique and drew twice with Tunisia (the only 3 games we have not won in 11 matches) that is why we are in this unfortunate predicament. Even in the first 5 games, we did not concede a single goal and banged in loads. Out of 11 games, we have only conceded 3 goals.
I am not saying Amodu is a World class coach but I definitely do not see him as a horrible coach.
I did not watch the first match against Mozambique so I don't know who to blame.
The one in Tunis, showed lack of tactical nuances which I would blame Amodu for. That said even Alex Ferguson have off days.
The Tunisia one in Abuja, I could not fault Amodu. He did everything I would have done to the letter. I blame the "handsome" foolish bloke called Taye Taiwo. I don't want to see that guy in the SE for the next one year except he is playing left midfield. The fool has cost us a WC.
Amodu not loosing any match doesnt make him a good coach. Do your maths again. 1draw=1pt. Amodu has drawn 3 match= 3points. If i win 2 matches and loose 1=6points would u then consider Amodu better than me. U can draw all matches and not go anywhere and a coach that wins 2 matches and loose the rest have better point than u. Check your facts |

Ghana's coach have lost 1 match but have qualified. Ghana have better points than us. Would u then say Amodu not lost any(drawn matches) is better than Ghana coach. Amodu cant give what he doesnt have. Its like telling js1 student to write jamb

NO!Amodu should not be sacked,he should conclude the bad job which he has started,then he should be tried by EFCC,ICPC,OPC,BOKO HARAM,MEND,this should happen even if we qualify for SA 2010,because as it is our hope is no longer in what Amodu can do,but in what MOZAMBIQUE can.Amodu has failed woefully.

I think say Siasia boys no try but when i see Amodu Eagles play on sunday,i wept the score line was unfair,apart from Osaze and one or two other players,the rest have no business playing for NIGERIA,i still maintained that Amodu should not be sacked,he should be exiled from this country.
