Orale Installation

While installing oracle 10g my new  Hp, it gives error,  :  TNS permission denied @ db configuratn assistance.
Meanwhile, i hv been install it on other pc 4 more than 2 yrs without  problem.but not on vista os

check your permissions, make sure the current user has the privilege to install oracle on vista,ORA-12546: TNS:permission denied
*Cause: User has insufficient privileges to perform the requested operation.
*Action: Acquire necessary privileges and try again.
if this does not work, google it!
