A friend of mine during our independence party wore western attire, i mean she was in the dress over jeans thingie but she had her headgear on. As in tied to the max! It was banging, everyone was complimenting her, i found it very funky and cool but maybe its a no no for other places?  So if there was a party back home, and a friend wore that outfit, would you give her the thumbs up or the thumbs down?
