@genuflect You can do-it-yourself.just go to http://cer.opda.cn/en and register. After registration,you apply for a certificate.when asked for phone number,type either 13,15 or 18 plus the last 9digits of your phone no i.e 15031234567.i recommend using 15 'cos that works for me.check back for your request in 24hrs and download your .cert and .key files. Tis as easy as ABC. The signing part is not for duMmiEs though |
